This awesome pot is made of polished aluminum and has a deluxe pressure gauge, rack, air vent cover lock, instruction and recipe booklet and can hold 24 half pint jars, 20 pint jars or 7 quart jars. It is in very good pre owned condition and can be used not only for canning but also for preparing meats, poultry and desserts three to ten times faster than other methods. It comes with over 30 Mason Jars including Ball and Kerr in various sizes and a handy heavy duty plastic storage box to store them in.
