The 2 doors open up to reveal 2 slide out trays and a shelf. The holes you see on the side used to hold electrical outlets and they come with the unit, but you will need to re-install them. The drop down door that holds the cutting board and knife organizer does not stay shut, but could be fixed with a magnet or other door close hardware. This unit is on castors for easy mobility! Top measures 60.75" x 36" and base measures 48" x 25" & is 38.5" high. The perfect height to stand and work at!
