IT'S PREVIEW DAY!!!! Estate Address is: 6214 Quail Run, Yreka, CA DIRECTIONS: From HWY 99 (Easy St.) Turn onto Schulmeyer Gulch Rd, drive for 1.4 miles, turn left onto Deer Meadows, follow for .4 miles, turn right onto Quail Run, follow up the hill for .4 miles then turn left and follow the driveway to the house. Also, VERY IMPORTANT - please drive SLOWLY and respect the other residents in the neighborhood! _________________________________________________________________ This weeks auction is an ONSITE/Online Estate Auction located just south of Yreka off of Schulmeyer Gulch Rd. _________________________________________________________________ The auction will run through Thursday, January 9th with lots starting to close at 7 pm with a soft close. Preview will be at the estate on Tuesday JAN 7th from 11-2 pm. Pick-up will be at the estate on Friday, January 10th from Noon-5:30 pm. _________________________________________________________________ All items MUST be picked up at the estate. Any lots NOT picked up at the estate will incur a minumum $5 per lot move fee. (larger items/lots will have a higher move fee). It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to notify us in a timely manner of any items that we need to pack and move.
