Please note: Masks will be required to enter the estate. ________________________________________________________________ AUCTION PICK-UP: Friday, January 8th - NOON - 5:30 pm - Be prepared with the proper help to load and face masks will be required to enter the estate. ________________________________________________________________ PLEASE NOTE: There are items (Lots 233-326) that are located upstairs. Large furniture pieces that may require 2 strong people or more to move and load. Plus items may have to be disassembled. PLEASE be prepared for that when bidding.
