DIRECTIONS: From Hwy 89, Turn onto Esperanza dr (Google Maps is not correct as Pilgram Creek Rd is closed). Follow Esperanza to Widow Springs, turn left. Turn right onto Mt. Shasta Dr. Stay on Mt. Shasta Dr and you will see the driveway marked with yellow poles.

This week we have 2! YES 2 Onsite estates up for auction. 

The first part of the auction is located in the McCloud forest - approximately a 1 hour drive from Yreka. Lots #2 though #399. Please keep this mind when bidding that all these items will need to be picked up at this estate. At this time we are up to lot #356, but will possibly be adding to this location early next week once we receive a key to the garage, so check back.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All CREDIT CARDS payments at auction end will need to be done prior to picking up, as there is NO internet service up in the McCloud forest. Cash and Checks will be accepted at the estate.

At this time there is NO PREVIEW scheduled for the McCloud estate. So please ask any questions you may have!

The Yreka estate is located just up the road from the Auction House in the Rolling Hills area. These are lots #400 and up. All lots 400+ will be available for pick up at this estate.

AS ALWAYS: There will be a pack and move fee for ALL lots that need to be brought back to the auction house and you MUST notify us before bidding. Thank you for understanding!
