Limited edition, 1983 pottery plate, Appaloosa mare and foal. By D. Rollins. Yes, the plate does have a shallow inch wide chip at the base. However, this is a nice plate of a seldom done subject which would be enjoyed by many an Appaloosa or horse lover. A sharpie marker or a little bit of paint could make that chip nearly invisible.
