After you cut up your roast flip the lid over and it holds all the meat, the lid is 3.5" inches deep with handles. Also this fourteen piece cutlery set by Miracle Blade will nearly do all the work for you. You'll know the purpose of each knife as its is marked on the handle! The knives are all stored in their own wood block, the block stands 9.5" tall. Included is a Meat Cleaver made by Diamond Cut.
