Authentic Navajo Sand painting. Artist Daniel Smith Jr. Artist # 221532 . According to the Navajo religion, the Universe is a very delicately balanced thing and if this balance is upset some disaster takes place such as famine or disease. To restore the balance one of the many things the Navajo did was the sand paintings to use as a tool in aid to restore balance in the universe. This is a very nicely done, frame painting measuring 10.25" x 14".
HISTORY IS REVISITED BY THIS AUTHENTIC SAND PAINTING DONE BY THE NAVAJO INDIANS.
