Have you ever heard a tool chest called gorgeous? This one is! Check out this wonderful Oak Machinist Chest - Beautifully handcrafted by H. Gerstner & Sons of Dayton Ohio, model 053, it measures 26" X 9.25" X 15.75" tall. The lid on top opens to reveal a large, felt lined compartment that has a small mirror on the inside. When this lid is opened it allows you to open the bottom panel which slides back into the chest and out of the way. Behind this panel are 11 drawers some running the length of the chest. All drawers have metal bottoms and are lined in green felt. The felt is in very good condition with no rips or tears. Drawers slide in and out smoothly. This chest has three latches on the top lid (even the latches are marked H. Gerstner & Sons Dayton, O.), one of which is locking (key not included). It also has handles on either side for easy carrying. It is in very good condition, very sturdy and clean. Truly incredible, this is not your average tool chest! It has had only one owner and has been very well taken care of. This model, in this condition easily goes for over $800.00 . . . don't miss out! ! !
