Hi there!!!

Well, I goofed.....The auction was not supposed to start until next Sunday, but since it went live you will have lots of extra time to browse and get your bids in.

This is an awesome Estate auction located in Mt. Shasta on N. Old Stage Rd.

Please NOTE: This estate is a 2-story house with the main part of the house being upstairs. At this time lots 2-133 are located UPSTAIRS. So be mindful of that when bidding. 

PLEASE NOTE: This estate is a 2-story house, plus the deck is located at the top level, so stairs are a must to reach many items. At this time lot #2-134 & outside decor are located UPSTAIRS. Please be prepared to pack your items downstairs to load

ALSO: You will need to bring the appropriate HELP to move large heavy items. We will NOT have extra help to move and load these items.

The auction will start on Sunday, February 16th, and run through Thursday, February 27th.

Pick up will be at the Estate on Friday, February 28th NOON-6pm and Saturday, March 1st from 11-2pm.
