These file cabinets are in overall good condition but have fading marks from sunlight and do come from the estate of a smoker. They do have a smoke odor to them. We have only lightly wiped them down, but have found the odor can be conquered with a vinegar wipe. The cabinets each measure 14" x 22" x 46" tall. All the drawers slide easily and there are not major dents or damage. Inside there are bunches of Pendaflex. The owner was very organized and has carefully labeled the files. If you are a hopeless cause when it comes to filing, these could really help!
