Commerial quality Vollrath stainless steel covered pan measures 12.75" x 10.5" x 4" deep. Measurements are to the outside edge of the lip which is approximately 3/8" wide. The pan is in good useable condition with properly fitted lid. We are not certain about the 2nd item in this lot, but believe it is a breader/dipper. The basket floats on spring loaded posts and may be pushed down 2.25". The base of the device measurs 10.50" x 10".
