Nice sturdy metal saddle rack. Breaks down to 4 pieces for compact storage. All metal, painted black. The paint is quite chipped and show a little rust, but nothing a little spray paint won't fix, otherwise would work fine as is. Assembled it measures. 25.5" x 19" (base), 11" (top) x 28" high.
