Book shelf/curio cabinet. Both sides have 2 adjustable shelves. There are 2 holes in the back that looks like they were cut out to accommodate power cords. Measures 49.5" x 12.5" x 37" high. Made by the "Smith Furniture Co." Oak trim and laminate over composition wood.
