Belvedere salon chair. Serial # 20EC2644. This chair has hydraulic foot control to raise and lower it. The back reclines. Comes with a foot rest, will need bolts to re-attach to the seat bottom. The seat needs to be reupholstered. It is 19" w x 18" D x 21" H when lowered all the way down.
