This is a baby buggy from Crown Juvenile Products. The "Buggy" comes off to convert into a stroller. In very good shape considering its age. There does not appear to be any tears or rips in the vinyl. It is approximately 17" w x 35" l x 26H. It is Metal, vinyl and has rubber wheels. A little bit of rust on the metal but other than that seems like it rolls just fine.
