This neat old Shwayder Trunk Co. trunk has an unusual solid metal exterior with the original paper inside in non-musty condition. Suitcase was manufactured in U.S.A. either in Denver or Detroit. Front has a hard rubber handle, one side has a very neat tooled leather handle with the company name on it. Although the exterior has plenty of surface rust there are no areas rusted thru. This would be so nice with a fresh coat of paint in your favorite color. Store your garden tools, or even put plants in it for a cute cottage look. Suitcase measures 27.5" x 17" x 9" deep.
