Great find for the shop. Although it is kinda hard to read the words cast on the side, we believe that is reads "Prentiss Vice Co, New York, Bull Dog, NO 81". The vice has been well used and has been welded onto a 8.25" x 7.25" 1/4" steel plate. Bench mountable. Jaws open and close freely, extend out to 5" and are about 3.5" wide. Great for the shop that needs a heavy duty vise!
