This stair lift looks to be in very good condition. We saw no obvious defects including no apparent staining or tears in the upholstered seat. Battery powered so it will work even when power is out.. Max weight 290 lbs., 13'6" of extruded metal track. Flip up arms and footrest. Footprint in use is 23" and parked is 23". ***(This item may only be picked up on site.)***
