This set includes 2 handheld power saws. The Black and Decker is a U-231 7 1/4" deluxe circular saw with 1.5 max hp and 4700 rpm's. It is in good preowned condition & it works. The Skilsaw is a model 559 7 1/4" deluxe ball bearing saw with 2 max hp and 5200 rpm's. The Skilsaw appears to be in very good condition but we could not get it to start. We have included it in the lot thinking that there is some minor problem easy to fix, or it could be used for parts..
