Seller states that these tanks are full. In fact, we had to get one tank out of the truck and it was heavy. Just an empty cylinder is $250 new. We found the guages, both an older and a replacement set along with hoses with a Viking torch, goggles, & striker .Also includes welding sticks as shown and another can of sticks not shown.
