A pretty easy on/off table lamp! This is a touch sensor lamp with 3 levels of brightness. Just touch the lamp anywhere on the base or frame of the shade. The base is elegant gold finish with 3 candelabra style arms, each with a bulb. The shade has a gold finish frame with 8 pretty tinted and etched glass panels. This lamp was plugged in and tested and works well. There are a few rusted areas on the frame of the shade and one glass panel with a barely noticeable scratch, otherwise, this lamp is in good condition and very pretty. Measures 23" x 13".
