Rack is all wood with hangers that spin on the top and bottom perfect for jackets, scarves, hats, umbrellas and more. It measures 72" tall and 18" in diameter. Aside from 3 missing end caps up top and a few minor scratches and dings it is in good preowned condition. Just right for the entryway!
