Exquisite FOSTORIA glass American pattern 10" crystal cake stand with rum well. So pretty it even looks great upside down and could be used as a chip and dip or candy dish that way. Cake stand is 7" high. Rum wells were used prior to the invention of plastic wrap. A small amount of rum was placed in the well under the cake. The rum would slowly seep into the cake keeping it moist. Darn that plastic wrap! Ruined a good thing!
