An intricate and colorful vintage vase made in Japan. This is a lovely raised Moriage Enamel Satsuma vase. The detail on it is incredible. With bright red, orange and gold tones, dot and swirl designs, mountains and water scenes and three figures. It is in wonderful condition with aside from a few very minor scratches in the paint, the largest being at the base near the swirl design. This really is a beautiful piece of traditional Japanese pottery. Stands 12.25" tall with Made in Japan and Chop on the bottom.
