Absolutely incredible antique steamer trunk for use and/or décor! This trunk is solid and of metal and wood construction. The top is domed with beautiful metal details including edge clamps shaped like leaves on the very bottom. Inside is open with lots of room for storage There is even the remnants of a sticker on one side from the Oakland Ferry Depot! This chest is in good antique condition. It has appropriate wear for an item of its age and you may want to give it a good detail cleaning as it is a bit dusty. It is a rare find and truly a treasure. Measures 34" x 23" x 26.5" tall at highest point of domed top.
