This weeks ON-SITE Auction is located at 17514 Lakeshore Dr., Weed (Lake Shastina), 96094 Directions: From Big Springs Road, Turn onto Short Cut Rd, turn RIGHT onto Hogan Dr and follow to the stop sign, Turn right onto PALMER Dr and follow to the next stop sign, turn left onto LAKESHORE Dr., the house is approx. ½ mile on the left side of the road. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE ESTATE ON Friday, December 6TH from NOON-6 pm, unless you have contacted us for other arrangements. ALSO PLEASE NOTE that any items that we need to transport to the auction house for later pickup will incur a minimum $5 per lot fee to pack and move. Thank you for understanding. _________________________________________________________________ This weeks auction is an ON-SITE online auction located in Lake Shastina, CA. We are opening the auction a little earlier than normal to give you a chance to get in and bid. _________________________________________________________________ The auction will run through Thursday, December 5th with lots starting to close at 7 pm with a soft close. Preview will be at the estate in Lake Shastina on Tuesday Dec 3rd from 1-4 pm. Pick-up will be at the estate on Friday, December 6th from Noon-6 pm. _________________________________________________________________ All items MUST be picked up at the estate. Any lots NOT picked up at the estate will incur a minumum $5 per lot move fee. (larger items/lots will have a higher move fee). It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to notify us in a timely manner of any items that we need to pack and move.
