This handsome Cajon (box in Spanish) drum has snares behind the head to give a nice resonance to the sound. The string Cajon has a burl front. Cajon drums are traditional Cuban & Peruvian folk music. They are gaining popularity for their versatility and the color they add to your music with exotic base, tom & snare tones. Tension screws allow you to adjust the slap sound. This drum also has sturdy rubber feet to keep the drum up off the floor for freer shell resonanace & keeps the drum from sliding as you play.
