The address for the estate is: 339 Timber Lane, Yreka.
Directions: From Yreka Old Hwy 99/Easy St, Turn onto Pruett, Turn RIGHT onto Oakwood Ln, Turn LEFT onto Pineview Ln, DRIVE SLOWLY PLEASE, follow until you get to KEY Ct (This is the back entrance). You will see our sign at the entrance of the back drive. If you do happen to park in the front, walk around to the shop behind the house.

We have an onsite estate auction in the pines area on Timber Lane just south of Yreka. Plus some great items from our consignors at the Auction House. Take a moment and browse through the catalog and add to your watch list and place your "Max" bids early, so that you don't lose out.

Auction Preview: TUESDAY, October 15th at the estate from 10-1pm (ESTATE address is: 339 Timber Ln, Off of Key Ct.Yreka);

****Auction Ends: Starting at 7 pm, Thursday, October 17th, with each lot closing in 1-minute intervals with a soft close. So be sure to get those Max bids in early so that you don't lose out on the items you really want!!!****

Auction Pickup: Friday, October 18th Noon - 6pm AT THE AUCTION HOUSE & Saturday, October 19th 10am - 2pm at the Estate: 339 TIMBER LANE (Back Shop), YREKA.

Please note: Please try to make ALL CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLINE before picking up to expedite pick-up times. ALSO, be sure to bring help and the proper vehicle to load large heavy items. Don't forget boxes and packing material if you need them. All items MUST be picked up AT THE ESTATE during the scheduled pick up day/times. You may send someone to pick up your items for you during the scheduled times. Please, please, please check your account after the auction to see if you have won items and need to pick up.
