TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STORAGE LOCKER #107
NOTICE: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
ADDITIONAL TERMS: **Tenants bidding on their own unit do not alleviate their debt obligation and will still owe the full balance due on the unit.**
*Buyers Premium is 11% of the High Bid and is payable to AnyAndAllAuctions, and is due prior to picking up Storage Unit contents
1. Auction units must be paid in Cash Only at the facility where the unit is located.
2. Cleaning Deposit paid in Cash and only returned after approved inspection of unit.
4. Auction buyer must show ID or have letter stating buyer's representative name and they must show ID to gain access to unit.
5. Auction Buyers must contact the storage facility office where the unit is located within 24 hours after the auction ends, to make arrangements to pay for and pick up the unit contents.
6. Buyer must clean unit out during office hours only.
7. Contact facility immediately when auction ends, to make arrangements to pay for and pick up the unit.
8. You must be 18 years old to bid.
9. You must provide a valid photo I.D. to the Site Manager.
10. You must bring your own lock to secure the unit.
11. You will not be allowed to enter the storage unit or touch any items prior to bidding.
12. Sales are final and bids are for the entire unit.
13. The Auctioneer has final say on all issues, including whether to refuse a bid if a bidder has disrupted an auction or violated any rules.
14. Immediate cash payment is required when you purchase a unit.
15. You have 48 hours to remove the contents entirely and broom sweep the unit.
16. A $50 refundable cleaning deposit is also charged on every unit you buy.
17. You must remove all of the contents and trash from the unit and facility grounds.
18. You are not allowed to use the dumpsters on the facility property.
19. Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit.
20. If you would like to rent the unit after the auction, the manager can assist you.
21. Smoking is prohibited on storage facility properties.
22. No Pets allowed at facility
23. Respect the Property, Managers, Tenants and other Buyers at all times.
