Directions: From Yreka, take Hwy 263 north about 2.5 miles. Turn Right onto Anderson Grade Rd. Follow the road until you just go over “Shelley Bridge” Turn Right, continue to the next road on the right, turn right here. Follow the long driveway and come past the gate and house. You may park anywhere. Most items are in or around the big shop if you follow the road/driveway around to the right

We are back with an awesome onsite estate auction just north of Yreka on Anderson Grade. With some great items. This is a ranch clean-up/downsizing auction and there's a bit of everything, and much more. This is part 1. Please note? Please try to make ALL CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLINE before picking up to expedite pick-up times. ALSO, we will have equipment to help load large heavy items. Please bring the appropriate help and vehicle/trailer to take your large treasures home. Don't forget boxes and packing material if you need them. All items MUST be picked up AT THE ESTATE during the scheduled pick up day/times. You may send someone to pick up your items for you during the scheduled times.
