You've seen these cute turtles before, reminding drivers to slow down and watch for kids. Now you can protect the kids (and animals) on your street too! This heavy plastic turtle is yellow and measures 21" x 19" x 32" tall. He holds a bright orange flag that stands 48.5" high and has SLOW stickers on either side. He has a plug so you can fill him with water or sand to add a little extra weight so he will remain upright even in gusty weather. He is in good preowned condition with lots of protecting left to do!
