The Total Gym 1000 exercise machine is a great body builder. The machine works by pulling or pushing your own weight with the padded back rest with rollers, and the pulley system. It is around 88" long when unfolded, but folds up nicely for storage and easier moving. It does not come with instructions, but they can be found online. The maximum weight limit for the Total Gym 1000 is 275 pounds.
