Vintage scales of justice. Needs a little TLC. The plating & wood is worn. Leave as is or fix it up May polish up nicely. Scales hang by 3 metal chains & are about 6" across. Has an eagle finial on the top along with what looks to be a small flag holder. Measures 15.5" high and 16" across.
