Nice upholstered love seat from a clean non-smoking estate. No threadbare areas or holes observed in the fabric. Solid wood coffee table with beautiful grain pattern. Wood grain is highlighted with darker wood edging. Table does have a couple of bumps and bruises here and there, but overall condition is good.
