Estate Auction Pickup: YREKA: 316 Valley Dr., Off of Fairlane Rd. Friday, August 27 ONLY 12-5:30pm McCLOUD: 6719 Mt. Shasta Dr., McCloud, CA. From Hwy 89, turn onto Esperanza (approximately 5 miles from McCloud). Follow Esperanza to Widow Springs. Make a left on Widow Springs, follow to Mt. Shasta Dr. turn Right onto Mt. Shasta Dr. Follow Mt. Shasta Dr. until you see the driveway marked with YELLOW poles on the left. You've reached the estate! Please drive slow on the dirt roads! _________________________________________________________________ This week we have 2 awesome Onsite Estate Auctions. The main auction is located in the Mt. Shasta Forest out past McCloud. (about an hour drive from Yreka, thanks to road construction and mud slides) _________________________________________________________________ Lots 1-399 are at the McCloud estate. A last minute plea has us also bringing you an onsite estate in Yreka (just down the street from the Auction House. Lot #'s 401+ === All items MUST be picked up from the estates. PLEASE NOTE: We will not be able to process Credit Card payments at the McCloud estate. Please pre-pay. We can accept Cash and Checks (pre-approved)at the estates. Thank you! _________________________________________________________________ Auction Starts: SUNDAY, August 22nd _________________________________________________________________ Auction Preview: TBD _________________________________________________________________ Auction Preview Time: TBD _________________________________________________________________ Auction Ends: Starting at 6 pm, Thursday, August 26th with with lots closing in 30 second intervals. _________________________________________________________________ Auction Pickup: Friday, August 27th at both estates Noon - 5:30 pm & Saturday 10-2 at the McCloud estate. _________________________________________________________________ All lots required to be moved to auction house for alternate pickup with incur packing/moving fees (Min. $5 per lot, more for large items). Please contact us BEFORE bidding if you will require items to be moved.
